30 days from delivery. free for UK customers. no awkward questions.
email hello@nocirclenosquare.com with your order number and reason. we'll reply within one working day.
we'll email you a prepaid return label. print it, attach it to the original or any plain box, and drop it at your nearest collection point.
once we receive the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 working days. or we'll dispatch the replacement colour immediately.

we stand behind what we make. if something goes wrong through no fault of yours, we'll fix it.
