please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with no circle no square ltd. by purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

about us

no circle no square ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. our registered address is available on request. to contact us, email hello@nocirclenosquare.com.

placing an order

when you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the price shown. your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if a product is out of stock or if a pricing error has occurred.

prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable.

pricing

all prices are correct at the time of display. we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

promotional pricing and discount codes are valid for the period specified and cannot be applied retrospectively.

payment

payment is required in full at the time of ordering. we accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. payment is processed securely — we do not store your card details.

delivery

we aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. delivery timescales are estimates and may vary. we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

returns & refunds

you have the right to return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

items must be returned in unused, resalable condition in their original packaging. we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

to initiate a return, contact us at hello@nocirclenosquare.com. we will arrange collection or provide a return address. refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

faulty or damaged items

if you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

warranty

the bottle comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. this covers failures in materials or workmanship under normal use. it does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

to make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

product descriptions

we take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. colours may appear slightly differently on different screens. any variation does not constitute grounds for return unless the product is materially different from what was described.

limitation of liability

to the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

intellectual property

all content on this website — including text, images, product designs and graphics — is the property of no circle no square ltd. you may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

we may update these terms from time to time. the current version will always be available on this page. continued use of our website or purchasing from us constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
