yes. the thermal-lock lid seals completely. you can toss it in a bag, carry it sideways, and it won't drip. no drips, no disasters, no explaining the wet patch in your bag.

the body is 18/8 food-grade stainless steel — durable, BPA-free, and it won't absorb flavours from what you've been drinking. the base and lid components are food-grade silicone. the body colour is powder-coated.

the bottle body can go in the dishwasher. the lid should be hand-washed — warm water and a small amount of washing-up liquid. rinse the lid components thoroughly and allow to air dry before reassembling.

for a deeper clean of the body, a bottle brush with warm soapy water works well. rinse thoroughly.

the body is dishwasher safe. the lid should be hand-washed to preserve the silicone seal and extend the lid's life. putting the lid in the dishwasher won't break it immediately, but we recommend hand-washing for longevity.

full dimensions: approximately 27cm tall, 7.5cm wide at the widest point. the cross-section is intentionally not perfectly round — this is the design — so it fits differently in round cupholders than a standard cylindrical bottle. it sits securely in most cupholders, bag pockets and backpack side pockets.

yes. the bottle is suitable for hot drinks up to boiling point. the vacuum insulation keeps hot drinks hot for up to 12 hours. the lid and body do not transfer heat to the exterior — you can hold it comfortably even with very hot contents.

note: the wide-mouth opening makes it easy to add ice, slices, or a tea bag. the lid seal is designed for liquids — it's not a straw lid or a sipping lid.

we've worked hard to make the photography as accurate as possible. powder-coated colours can appear slightly different depending on screen calibration, ambient light, and screen brightness. signal reads as a deep, saturated red. noon is a warm, sunflower yellow. grove is a rich, deep forest green. ink is a dark navy. almost is a near-black charcoal.

the body is powder-coated, which is significantly more durable than paint or screen printing. normal daily use won't cause fading. heavy abrasion — dropping on concrete, scraping repeatedly against metal — can cause chips in the coating, as with any powder-coated product.

treat it well, and it'll keep its colour. that said, a few marks from daily use give it character.

30 days from the date of delivery. if you change your mind, don't like the colour, or it's not what you expected, get in touch within 30 days and we'll arrange the return. items should be returned unused and in original packaging where possible.

yes — 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. the warranty covers manufacturing defects, including faults with the lid seal, insulation failure, and structural issues. it does not cover cosmetic damage from normal daily use (scratches, dents) or damage from misuse.

if your bottle arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at hello@nocirclenosquare.com with a photo. we'll sort it immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice. no need to return the damaged item.
